My life is all the richer for having known Bill. His presence and fatherly love in my life helped me to experience growth and healing of past hurts. He was very wise with a witty sense of humour. He would often complain in jest about the many chores expected of him but he had it pretty good with Gwen. Most would know him as a sports fanatic - an avid Sydney Swans supporter who gave me regular critiques on the Dockers. I love you Bill and I'm really going to miss you.
