Dear Gladys, we were saddened to hear of Les passing.
We met in the early eighties when Les was at LSA and I was at Matthew Hall. We had a thoroughly professional association and quite a few hours at the Mediterranean at Friday lunch.
Les was irrepressible and entertaining.
In 1986 we, along with Bill Harding, went to Vancouver to get an understanding of the operation of the inflatable Dome roof, as we were building a similar one at Burswood. We not only got all the information required but also visited the International Expo which was on at the same time. Needless to say we had a lot of fun.
Gladys our thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time.
Our very best regards, Roger and Julia Collins.
