A true gentleman and a respected friend who radiated bonhomie wherever he went. Bob will be very much missed but never forgotten. Our thoughts are with Meg and all the family.

Darling Bob will be sorely missed, he used to light up a room with his smile and was wonderfully kind and helpful when I first met him in 1974, always such a gentleman and very professional. In recent years at the North Sydney produce markets though becoming frail he was always the same, smiling and cheerful with a ready laugh. I send Margaret and the family my love and commiserations for your Loss.

How privileged and humbled I’ve been to have had Bob as a mate, to have enjoyed his friendship and to have shared many a hearty laugh over many decades. An absolute gentleman through and through, honest and trustworthy. They don’t build ‘em like him any more….sadly. R.I.P.

Bob was so much fun and always ready with a joke but he was always a straight talker who could be serious and say what was needed in any situation. Sending all best wishes to Margaret and the family. He will be sadly missed.

A sad time as we farewell Bob, one of the true gentlemen of the travel industry and a good friend. He will be especially missed by the 'Manly Boys', who gather monthly (Covid permitting) to reminisce and share occasionally exaggerated stories about the good old days. Rest in peace my dear friend.
