To dear Oom Hans, you were like an uncle to me. Such carefree, fun, safe days in Nollamara, playing in the street, then to Warwick where again our families were literally streets apart.

You stayed a constant distinguished presence in my life, as well as Jeremy’s and our boys and you remained a true friend to my dad until he died.

A true gentleman, now at peace.

    Love from, Annie.
