WEBB HARLEY PHILLIP My beloved brother Harley, your cherished support and love will eternally be remembered and missed greatly. We had such fun growing up together with our horses and dances and from time to time being a little naughty. You have left me with great memories. We love you dearly and miss you already. Time now to be with Mum, Dad, Kaye and Lesley. Rest peacefully. Love always your little sister Sue, Jason, Kristina, Adam, Amanda, Scarlett, Estelle, Ivana and Keeva. You will always be in our hearts.
