Thankyou to the many friends and colleagues who attended Kingsley/Dad's service on 23 November. Your presence, and condolences, are very much appreciated. That so many people took time to share stories and to say goodbye highlighted the strength and the value that he, and you, placed upon those friendships. Good one Dad.

It was my privilege to represent the Museum on Kingsley's Challenger TAFE Industry Advisory Committee. Kingsley was a dedicated and passionate teacher and Administrator and an exemplary role model to all who knew him. He was also a gentle and kind person.

Vale to Kingsley an enormous contributor to Agricultural Education in Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and all Agricultural Education in Western Australia.

Kingsley you were held in high esteem with all we your Colleagues and the many students who had the privilege to be taught and advised by you.

Your considered and wise advice when we were selecting an outstanding person to run with the Wagin, Narrogin and Katanning regions TAFE co- ordinator Scheme in the 1970s which embraced some 21,000 regional people needing wide and varied skilling and skilling updates proved very successful indeed.

I also well remember our very successful TAFE project in the late 1980s where we met with the Kimberley cattle Station managers and owners and the National Cattlemans Association Members at Fitzroy Crossing and received agreement and then arranged and implement special survival and Station Hands Traineeship courses in response to the earlier tragic deaths of 2 young Cattle Station Hands.

    Thanks again Kingsley.

I knew Kingsley in some of his time at Technical and Further Education and remember him for his character as a gentleman in all his dealings. His enthusiasm for advancing agricultural education was matched only by the high standard of competence he always brought to all that he did. He always saw things through and the pride his family have for him is so well justified. A man already much missed.

  • WATERHOUSE KINGSLEY Love you Dad. I've never seen you give up on anything, and you didn't this time either. I learned from you everything I know about how to be, and what to do. Will be forever proud to be a Waterhouse, and forever proud that you are my father. Love you. David.

xxxx Extra tight handshakes everyone, there's no words can come out.

xxxx Bumpa we love you and will miss you forever. You're in our hearts and you're truly a part of us; we will never forget. All our love Katie and Abbie

  • WATERHOUSE KINGSLEY The members of the Manning Men's shed are greatly saddened by the passing of Kingsley. He was a prolific contributor in the establishment and operation of the shed over many years. His good nature was always welcome and he was a valued member of the shed. He epitomised the true meaning of the term ‘gentlemen', and was a great mate to one and all. His mentoring of members in the shed was always positive and supportive. His legacy will continue for many years. Our sincere condolences to Lin and family.

An inspirational member of Narrogin Apex Club 1969-74, who became a lifelong friend and motivator to so many young men aged 18-40 years. You will be sorely missed at any future reunions but lovingly remembered.

  • WATERHOUSE KINGSLEY Dear friend, mentor and colleague of nearly 50yrs. So many cherished memories: our days in Narrogin; family get togethers after hockey, the High Jinx at Apex, digging for bottles at Coolgardie. We travelled half the world; attending the Wedding in Cesky Krumlov, the train trip to Gordansk and you getting lost in the Kremlin.

The cruise to Alaska and art auction collections on the ships. You were a great Husband and Father to your family. Deepest sympathy to Lin and all the family and friends who loved him.
