We are sorry to hear of Wally's passing, he was a great supporter of Sunsets Not Skyscrapers. Turning up at our meetings and making donations of his time and money for our campaign to stop skyscrapers at Scarborough Beach. Wally's advice and interest in our community's concerns about planning at Scarborough Beach was invaluable and he will be missed. Deepest sympathy to his family and Marg, from his friends at Sunsets Not Skyscrapers.
WALKER (Wallace): So sorry that I can't attend Wally's funeral. I know that it is often a blessing, given the end of life struggle but at least he is now at peace. It is fitting that he be buried on his 79 birthday. Another link in the old chain broken, there are now only three of us left from the old City Beach days.
Kind regards to all the family. Jo Lynch
