To 'Uncle'- Alan the best Godfather there was! This is such a sad day with news I accidentally found out today.

I will always remember your laugh :) thank you for all your stories and for your support and happiness for my travels and work. I wish you'd been able to meet your 'great' baby goddaughter, she would have loved you! Thank you for all the memories. Charmion

So sad to hear of Alan's passing, but very happy to have known him. What an excellent man he was. I first met Alan in the 1970s, and especially remember walking around Paris one chilly day in 1978. He was an excellent friend, and later godfather to my oldest daughter. He always showed a wonderfully dry sense of humour, and was a very kind and generous man. Sympathy to his family. We will miss him massively.

Devastated to learn about Mr T’s passing. Mr T was my first and favourite tennis coach at NBTC; we kept in touch even when I moved to Sydney.  Mr T was a very kind, understanding and generous person. Sad to learn there was no memorial I could pay my respects when I went to Karrakatta today but I hope you know the lasting effect you had on so many of us and how much you will be missed.
