Mum thank you for all the good times, the smiles, the hugs. Also for giving yourself to the many people you helped during your life. You were selfless to so many. I miss you so much. To ask you to stay would be selfish. To know that you are finally pain free gives me comfort. You're with your Francie and you finally get to meet your other precious daughter. I had you for long enough. It's her turn now. Love aways Tanya.

Marilyn, we are so sorry you had to endure the difficulties you have experienced in your life. We admire you for your amazing capacity throughout, to retain your compassion and concern for others - often to the detriment of your own wellbeing. Your caring, generous, considerate nature and your unwavering devotion to your family are among your most defining and endearing qualities.

We love you and will miss you so much but are thankful your pain and suffering is over and you can rest peacefully - perhaps with Nessun Dorma on continuous rewind. Many wonderful memories of music, fun, good times and special occasions together, will stay with us forever.

  • THOMPSON MARILYN Grandma we are going to miss all the times we would spend hours laughing at nothing and staying up all night watching Cinderella and Bride and Prejudice on repeat and spend hours trying to solve the puzzles that were super tricky then laugh at how obvious the answer was. We are going to miss you so so so much but we are grateful that you are no longer in pain. We love you Grandma - Cyle and Rebeka
