Eddie passed peacefully on 13th February 2021 and will be sadly missed by us all. Eddie was a loving and devoted husband to Beryl, much loved father to Charlene and Eddie. Cherished Pop to Shona, Brandon, Tiahna, Nathan and partners. Great Grandfather to Brooklyn. Forever in our hearts and memories.

A Catholic Funeral Service for Mr Edward (Eddie) Jozef Tadeusz Sulkowski formerly of Glen Forrest will be held in St Brigid's Catholic Church, corner Great Northern Hwy and Morrison Road, Midland commencing at 10.30am on TUESDAY morning (23.02.2021).

A Private Cremation will take place at a later time.
