Gwen passed away peacefully aged 96 years on Saturday 23 November. Loved wife of Ben (dec) and Colton (dec). Beloved eldest of the late Jim and Flo Baker. Loved sister of Harry and Bonnie (both dec) and June. Sister-in law and friend of June (dec), Ted and Barry.

Reunited with loved ones.

Loved mother-in-law of Margaret and much loved grandmother to Paul and Yoshiko, Kathy and Nigel, Christine and Paul. Dearest great grand mother to Mariko, Anika, Talia, Cara, Ben and Tom. So many beautiful memories. Thank you for your loving support and encouragement.

Fond memories of Nanna with many outings all over Perth including ferry, bus and train rides to wherever the ride took her grandson, Paul. It was all about the journey! Passed away peacefully at 96, lucid and sharp to the end. Immensely proud always of her son, Lloyd Collins. A warm heart always shown to Yoshiko. Great grandmother, ‘Nanna Gwen' to our 3 girls.
