Passed away peacefully at SJOG Hospital, Subiaco, on 9th May 2020, aged 54. Loved son of John and Jan (both dec). Dearly loved husband of Diana for 26 wonderful years. Cherished and adored father of Mary, Curtis and Mimi. Much loved brother of Roy. We are forever grateful for the memories you gifted us. You fought hard till the very end. You will never be forgotten.

Rest peacefully. Due to Covid-19 the Funeral Service will take place privately. The Service will be live streamed. Please contact the family for details - [email protected] gmail.com
