The Funeral Mass for Mrs Hazel Smith of Gosnells will be celebrated in Holy Name Church 25 Marchamley Place Carlisle commencing at 9:45am on WEDNESDAY (05.05.2021).

The cortege will leave the church at the conclusion of Mass and arrive at the main entrance of KARRAKATTA Cemetery, Railway Road, Karrakatta at 11:30am for a Burial service.

Vigil Prayers and Rosary will be recited in Bowra & O'Dea Chapel 1307 Albany Highway Cannington at 6:30pm on TUESDAY (04.05.2021)
