  • SMEETS (Mia):

Darling Mia. What a treasure you were to know. I knew you for most of my life and shared so many special times around your table in Mt Hawthorn. I loved your witty sense of humour and your depth of caring and wisdom. You were a true matriarch to your family; they were everything to you. You loved well and were so loved and treasured by all who knew you. Rest in peace for always and eternity.

Mia, our dearest neighbour of 41 years, mother, friend and treasured adoptive family member. You leave us with special memories, having never had a cross word and always being dear to our hearts. Your special ability to know us better at times than we even know ourselves and your gentle nature of always bringing loved ones together will be remembered fondly. It was our privilege to be both yours and Rene’s long term neighbours and best friends. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. We would like to express our sincere condolences to all of the family.
