The Department of Anaesthesia at Sir Charles Gairdner would like to express their deepest condolences to the family and friends of Fiona. She was a valued member of the anaesthetic community, and a wonderful person. She will be greatly missed.

It is with great sorry that I heard of the news of the tragic passing of Fiona. I am sorry that I am unable to attend her funeral as I will be overseas. I have added a photo here of Fiona and I at my 60th Birthday party in Cairns in December 2016. Fiona surprised me by attending the event. She was on her way back from overseas and had changed her flights so that she returned to Perth via Cairns. What a wonderful surprise that was and what a wonderful addition to our party.

Fiona was always so full of life and fun. She will be missed by all.

My thoughts are with her family and friends on the sad day of her funeral.

With fond memories but sadness, Catherine Meehan

You will always be that effervescent life of the party.

Diving the KB with you not here will never be the same.
