SAWYER (Jim):
Am so very saddened to hear of Jim’s passing, my condolences to Betty and the family.
Regular guests at my former workplace, Jim and Betty’s visits were often the highlight of my night. Greeted with a cuddle and the question, ‘Are you behaving yourself?’, you always had a story and cheeky joke to share on your visits.
A truly lovely man, I know you will be missed terribly.
Behave yourself Jim

SAWYER JIM Thank you, Jim, for our 65 years of the happiest of marriages and for you being such a wonderful example to our three sons and their families. You excelled also as a farmer, employer and businessman and you loved and worked for your community. I am so proud of you.
"Oh for the touch of a loving hand,
A word from a voice that is still."
Love forever. Betty

SAWYER JIM Dad to Rob, Jimmy to Wendy, Grandpa to James and Beth, Tristan and Verity and Nathan and Leanne and Special Grandpa to Millie and Mabel.
We are going to miss your amazing stories, your cheeky jokes and being questioned about 'have you been behaving'. Dad you were an inspiration to us all and have taught us so much. Wimmera Farm is only where it is today because of the huge amount of hard work and sacrifices you and Mum have made, we will never forget that.
Your love of family was the most important thing to you, and we were all able to surround you with our love in your final weeks. You have a very special place in our hearts.
Rest in Peace
