It was a long time ago but Wasily is remembered as a friendly, always smiling, "full of the joy of life" and very enthusiastic, "up for anything" young FLTLT RAAF Specialist Reserve Medical Officer member of No. 25 City of Perth Squadron at RAAF Base Pearce.

He left us to for further studies in the UK where he left an indelible mark on their NHS.

Enjoy your final ride in the sky 'Wasley' just like you did many others.

    Condolences to Wasily's family.
