Graham is dearly loved and missed by his parents Mark and Vicki, his siblings Jill and Craig, Nicole, Tammy and David, Kristy and Brett and his nieces and nephews.

Our kind, loving and gentle man will forever be in our hearts.

You will always remain my favourite little brother and Charlotte's favourite uncle. We are devastated by your sudden exit, but may you finally get the peace and rest you deserve. Shine bright little brother so that we can find you and know when you're near.
