RIP Darren, “Winga” you will be missed by so many. I always enjoyed it when you would come into the bank at Shoalwater. We’d have a chat and a few oldies thought you were about to rob were such a great character and always lovely to me. Colin has a lot of good memories and I don’t think Safety Bay Rd will be the same without you.

    Love Colin and Marian

Our Neighbourhood watch guy, the street will not be the same without you Winga. You certainly kept the street alive with all your treasures and unique personality, it was a pleasure knowing you and thank you for always having the courage to be you. You were always kind to me and my son and you spent a lot of time with Jesse fixing bikes, he will always remember that. RIP my friend. Love Renee, Jesse and Sarah
