  • RETALLACK (Ken):

Very sad to hear of the passing of Ken. My very best wishes to his family and to Ed and Marcia. I fondly remember all the members of the Retallack family in my childhood days in Inglewood. Ken was one of my captains at Mount Lawley Cricket Club. A fine leader and wonderful gentleman.

Sad to hear about the passing of Ken Retallack. Back in 1958 and 1959 I was in the same class with him at Governor Stirling Senior High School. There were actually three Ken's in our class. Only saw him again a few times after that - but knew him as a great guy. Sincere sympathy to all of his family. Always remembered.

My dearest Jane and family.  I am so very sad to hear of Ken's passing.

I met Ken in 1989 at WACAE Churchlands. He was the most beautiful human an 18yr old could ever wish to work with. One quote from him, at a party to celebrate the end of 'posting' at External Studies, Claremont is, 'Jodie has all the prawns so get them while you have the chance!' (How rude haha!)

There has never been anyone quite like Ken in my life since I left Perth in 1996.

I miss you all. Much love, especially to all the grandchildren (wow, there are so many!) xx Jodie Thompson 0401 964 749
