Our funny, one of a kind, beautiful Nanna.

The songs you taught us, we will always sing to our babies.

The quotes you told us, we will recount with a smile.

The cheeky moments, we will never, ever forget.

And the birds, oh, we will look at them every single day.

Even though we can't hold your hand any more or share a cuppa (with Nanna sugar) and a biscuit, we know your energy will never leave us all.

Thank you for everything we are because of you. You have left a legacy of strong women and hardworking men. I will always be grateful for the childhood we had with you, you played a massive role in our lives and every day, we carry the values and lessons you taught us.

You will always be remembered as one hell of a woman and I am incredibly proud to say I am your granddaughter.
