Obituary Guest Book 13 Messages

RANN (JIM)

13.12.1945 to 05.09.2020 My darling Husband Jim passed away peacefully on 5th September.

Jim, we had the best times over 45 years. You are the love of my life. The great times at Rotto on our boat with family and friends. You were so great at organising so many parties over the years, enjoyed by one and all. A wonderful Father to Warwick, Ronnie (dec), Simone (dec), Father- in-Law to Chelsea and Poppy to Jaxon and Myla. A mentor to so many people in your life. Thank you for all the support from our family, friends and our staff at Midway Marine.

I miss you always Joan xx

Dear Joan, Warwick and family. Sorry, but it was just brought to my notice today of Jim's passing earlier this month. Jim was a true gentleman and a great asset to the Boating Industry in Western Australia. To me, as a member of the media, he was always approachable and available for comment on behalf of the industry, particularly when he held the office of President of the BIAWA. I will miss your happy greetings at Midway Marine, and the same goes for sharing a bottle of red at the many Honda Media events and BIA bashes. Cheers Bazza

It is with deep regret to hear of Jim's passing. To Dear Joan, Warwick, Chelsea and family it was a privilege to get to know and to do business with them that became a great friendship.

We started back at JPW when they marketed our products throughout W.A. in the 80's and 90's.

To see Warwick's photo of Jim on the back of a boat with a bottle of Red brings back so many memories of good times, Jim didn't mind a Red.

As the song said " Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end, " But sadly they do.

Fond Regards and Love from Brian and Yvonne Gagen and the Crew from Poly Flex Australia Queensland
