Obituary Guest Book 66 Messages

PRENDIVILLE

(DR JAMIE ALEXANDER)

29.07.1955 - 28.11.2020

In loving memory of Jamie Prendiville. A partner, a father to 4, a stepfather to 2, a grandfather to 5, a brother to 10, an uncle to 31, a doctor to many, and a friend to all. A truly unique individual who has had a profound impact on so many lives that will carry on well beyond Jamie's time with us. We have all been blessed to have had Jamie enrich our lives with guidance, compassion, care, laughter, song and love.

"A good time had by all."

  • PRENDIVILLE (Dr Jamie):

I was sorry to hear that Dr. Prendiville passed away. He has been my doctor since the mid 90's and was the best doctor I have ever consulted. He was a great communicator, straight talker, and had a sense of humour. I believe he saved my life with his advice and care. I will never forget him and hope that there are some mountains to climb and deserts to cross wherever he is now.

  • PRENDIVILLE (Dr Jamie):

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing way too early of our beloved family GP, Dr Jamie. A visit to Jamie was like stepping into the lounge of an old friend with Karil's smiling face behind the counter and the walls adorned with warm family and wedding photos. To then sit in Jamie's room, admiring his medallions all colourfully hanging from the rail whilst awaiting his grand entry through the sliding door, was a bit of theatre, broken only with his habitual booming "gday" and a reassuring smile. We will miss our family GP, a safe pair of hands and a friend to us all. Our sincere sympathy to Karil and all the Prendiville family with much love Simon, Catherine, Alistair and Lachlan Watters
