Born Vasto-Italy. 6.11.1925 to 15.7.2011 Passed away at Fremantle Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Domenico (dec), adored mother and mother-in-law to Nicola and Filomena, Graziella and Giulio, Tony and Lucia, Marisa and Domenic. A loving Nonna to Domenico, Pia, Luciana, Ivana, Daniella, Joseph and Vanessa. Treasured Bis Nonna to Cinzia, Federica, Carl, Nicole, Adrian and Julian.
Deep in our hearts a memory is kept,

Carissima Mamma la migliore Mamma nel mondo. Your presence will be so greatly missed, my house will be so empty without you. To even think of my life without you is unimaginable. You have been with me every step of the way, your love, your kindness, your friendship, and the lessons you taught me will remain with me forever. You have left me so suddenly, I still feel it's not real. How do I begin to say goodbye when I can't accept you're gone? I will miss our chats and our cooking sessions we thought would have no end. Most of all, our Sunday lunches will be the one thing you so loved and they will always continue. You were the best we could ever ask for, words cannot express how much we love you and we will miss you, but so thankful for all the things you have done for us. I feel blessed knowing you will be watching over us from heaven with Dad. We loved you dearly, in death we do the same, it has broken my heart to loose you, you did not go alone. Love to Dad, as I miss him greatly.

You were a mother I would have chosen. You treated me as your own son. You welcomed me into your family as one of your own children. We had a relationship that was unique and always kind and welcoming. It was a privilege to have known you as my mother-in-law, a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother. You demonstrated the true meaning of a mother. So many treasured moments and happy memories and times spent with you over the years. I will miss you and never forget you.

Mum, no farewells were spoken, we had no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it. Your parting leaves a heartache no one can heal.
Motherly love leaves a memory no one can steal. Mum, we will never forget your generosity and how you and Dad always wanted the family to be together. Mum, I am so proud to have been your daughter-in-law.

The thought of never calling you Mum leaves a void in our hearts and a major gap in our lives. You had hands of gold and a heart large enough to love and carry us all. We were your life, as you were ours. A mother's love is only understood by a mother and you taught us well. Thank you for being a wonderful Mum, your unconditional love and zest for life will remain with us forever. You leave us with beautiful memories, which we will always cherish in our hearts. It is with great sadness, I say goodbye. A beautiful Nonna always looking glamorous. Your home was always happy and your life was surrounded by family and friends. Everlasting memories of the fun, laughter and amazing cooking tips you brought to my life. Thank you for your amazing children who I so am a part of, I was really your fifth child. Nonna, you were always there for me loving and caring, the many, many chats and secrets we shared. My children also shared a part of your life that you so truly enjoyed, especially their daily visits. What fun it has been to have you as a grandmother and great grandmother. My husband you loved as your own grandchild, so proud you were of the great choice I have made. You were a modern girl ahead of your time, always interested and encouraging. I love you and I will miss you so much as I know you too will miss me; you will always be a beautiful part of our lives. Your legacy will live on in me, my husband and my children forever.

I never knew my Grandmother, I thought it wouldn't hurt when she passed how wrong I was. I felt sad I was 48 years old all those years I missed getting to know her sharing my grandchildren with her I have 17 grandchildren and her other grandson my brother Daniel has 15 grandchildren, it's sad that we missed meeting our family knowing we still have a father, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunties and cousins that we'll never know.
