PILTON DAVID LEE Passed peacefully on Wednesday 27th July. Loved step son to Ian and Jen. David's Life was interrupted by many ailments to which he finally succumbed. He fought bravely through many of these for years.

We would like to thank the many doctors, nurses, carers and specialty staff that have looked after David over the past 36 years, but especially the last six months, the team of people wanting to get him into his new accommodation that David never saw.

The family have decided to have a private cremation only.
