MARGARET ANN (PEG)
Late of Sydney, 92 years, died peacefully April 28, 2021 at Northern Beaches Hospital. She was born December 15th, 1928, in Fremantle Western Australia, the daughter of Arthur and Effie Parker.
Peg married Frank Pensabene (dec 1987) in 1951 and together they had five children, Tony and wife Karen, Maria and husband Steve, Linda, Elaine and husband Tony and Frances. Thirteen grandchildren Nathan, Lauren, Julia, Clare, Beth, Megan, Christine, Brett, Lara, Santo, Luca, Tim, Mark (deceased) and sixteen great grandchildren Owen, Amelia, Jaxon, Harvey, Mason, Dominic, Lucinda, Dylan, Emilia, Hayley, Marshall, Freya, Carter, Mila, Thomas, and Harrison.
Peg was the matriarch of her large family and was proud of each and everyone. She will live in our hearts and be remembered as kind, sharing, wise and intelligent and always quick to laugh. One of her great strengths was that she so easily adapted to the changing times of four generations in her care.
Peggy is survived by her siblings Kevin, Jim and Maureen and predeceased by Patricia and John.
The Funeral will be held on Wednesday May 5th at 10:30am at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 263 Mona Vale Road, St. Ives 2075.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cancer Foundation of Australia in remembrance of Peg, as cancer took her beloved Frank at his early age.
"Grief is not a disorder, a disease or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical, and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. The only cure for grief is to grieve." Earl Grollman.
May she rest forever in peace
