PENGILLY (HAZEL DOREEN)
Hazel passed away peacefully at the Alice Ross-King Care Centre on Sunday 4th July aged 95 with her daughter Jan and son Michael by her side. Dearly loved Mum of Jan and Son-in-law Frank, treasured Nanna of Simone (dec) and Monique and her husband Mark. Hazel was a much loved and adored "Old Nanna" of Simone's children Zac and Zara. We thank you for your unconditional love, your many memorable stories of the past, the values you instilled and the wisdom you shared. Your much admired, creative talents and your dedication to perfection in all that you did will live on within us.
We thank the wonderful staff of the Alice Ross-King Care Centre who cared for and loved our Mum and to her dear friends who she shared her days with. In our hearts the special memories of the the wonderful lady you were, will remain with us. Be at peace now Mum. No flowers by request, in lieu donations can be made to the Leukaemia Foundation in memory of Hazel's granddaughter Simone.
