All my love to Aunty June, Michael, Roland, Damian, Cameron and all my beautiful family on the passing of my special Uncle Frank.
Your family are always such a large constant part of my life. My earliest memories are as of a wee child playing under the sprinkler at Buxton Rd, and admonishments to stay away from the rear of the bush block because of the goannas and snakes, and sampling Uncle Franks yummy nasturtium salads. Then later I was the willing recipient of bags of home grown garlic and advice on how to grow orchids which sadly never worked.
Every trip home to Perth always had to include a visit to my Aunty June and Uncle Frank to inspect the changes in the garden. The next to last visit scored me a bag of everlastings with seeds to plant in my Melbourne garden to remind me of home.
Watching Uncle Frank's funeral service today, and hearing all the respect and love for him, gave me a peace to know he will always be here in our hearts.
Goodbye Uncle Frank.
With love always from your little flower girl, Leonie xxxx
We will all miss you Frank.
