PALASSIS

(George Anthony):

Loving father of Anthony and Sandra. Pappou of Joel, Shannon, Lisa, Gregg, Scott, Samantha, Jeremy, Ana. Great Pappou of Jayden, Jordan, Elisha, Willow, Noah, Scarlett, Oscar and Lucas. Dad was a kind, caring father who was always seeing the good in people. He had a strong work ethic which was ingrained in the family. Dad was always positive and when things went wrong would always say it will work out. He loved his wife of 70 years and his children and their families. Dad loved going to the shops and interacting with people. He loved mixing with his friends and was a great storyteller, especially of his sporting days at Aquinas. Dad it is sad to say goodbye but you maintained your dignity and love for your family.

Pappou was a man of few words, but when he spoke we all paid attention, especially when he regaled us with stories of his beloved Kastellorizo (Megisti). He was funny, charismatic and quick witted - we enjoyed this about him the most.

It is an honour to be your grandchild and we can only hope we live a life as full and beautiful as you did.
