Heartfelt sympathy to Eleanor and family at the passing of her beloved Michael. Michael was one of the founding members of our "1st Friday Dinner Club", 30 years ago. Michael was a loyal friend and his fun loving jokes, gentle humour and sincere personality leave fond memories with us all. He will be sadly missed by all his friends.

NOLAN (MICHAEL) OAM
Our sincere condolences to Eleanor and family. Michael will be remembered as an elegant Irishman who was a leader in the Irish community in Perth. Ever generous with his time, especially when he was appointed as the First Honorary Irish Consul in Australia in 1976. His status was elevated to that of Honorary Consul General in 1981. He was always gracious, patient and helpful with an impish touch of real Irish humour. He will be sadly missed. Committee and Members of the Australian Irish Heritage Association WA (Inc)
