You literally are the strongest woman with the biggest heart we know.
Thank you to all the staff on ward G53 at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital for all your care and compassion. Also a very big Thank You to All staff at Juniper St Andrew's for being Mum's ‘second family' for the past year (including Covid 19 lockdown). She felt safe, wanted and loved with you all.
Miss you so much already Mum, but now's your time to rest. You will always be in our thoughts and hearts. Love you Mum forever and always and to the moon and back.
