  • MUIR MICHAEL Farewell Michael - best mate for over 40 years. Someone you could count on for friendship, humour, advice, an ability to fix or build anything and have a fantastic time while at it. Harry, Angus, Patrick - our thoughts and love go out to you, and to Helen, Anna, Kate and Rob and families. Vivian, you were a loving tower of strength for Michael over the last few years.

We're privileged to have had Michael as a friend (and godparent to one of our kids).

He'll remain in our hearts and thoughts.

Michael, Nadine, Victoria, Sophie, Thomas and Georgina Abbott.
