15.6.1929 - 27.1.2021 Passed away peacefully in Mandurah aged 91 years. Husband of 66 years to dear Gladys (dec). Cherished father of 5 children, Bruce, Lainey, Graham, Russell and Jeff, grandfather of 11 and great grandfather of 7.

A life well lived. Funeral details will be advised at a later time.

The Family of the late Mr Harry Morgan AM respectfully advise that a Private Family Funeral will be held on FRIDAY ( 19.02.2021). A Memorial Service will be held for Harry's friends and former colleagues at East Fremantle Football Club on the same day from 1.00pm to 3.00pm.

    Loving memories of an extraordinary and interesting man with a life full of challenges and so many high achievements in business and sport.

    You encouraged me to learn, to always work hard to achieve your goals and to enjoy life.

    I will miss very much our weekly catch ups and regular chats.

    Dad, you will forever be remembered for your love of your family, your sharp mind, the way that you inspired other people to be special, and your strength and kindness will live on.

    We also appreciate all the warm and kind words from Dad's and our friends which we have received over the last 2 days.

    Dad passed away peacefully January 27th 2021. He was an amazing father who achieved enormous respect and success in his business and sporting life. I will always have many fond memories of our times together with him encouraging and counselling me about the fruit business which he loved. I loved and admired him and will miss him dearly.

    The Morgan family has through the years contributed greatly to Sweden through the Honorary Consulate in Perth Western Australia.

    Harry was the Honorary Consul for Sweden in Western Australia from 1970-1997. He was awarded the Commander of the Royal Order of the Polar Star for his long term services.

    In memory of Harry Morgan, former Honorary Consul of Sweden in Western Australia who served in the post from 1970-1997.

    Harry was well respected and fondly remembered by current and past members of the Consular Corps and their partners.

    On his retirement Harry was succeeded as Honorary Consul by his son, Bruce, who served until 2015, thus completing 45 years of service to the people of Sweden by the Morgan family.

    On behalf of the Consular Corps of Western Australia our deepest sympathies and condolences to his family.

His business acumen guided football in troubled times in the late 80's and he was always clear and consistent in guiding many local councils as an appointed Commissioner.
