METCALF Roma

Obituary Guest Book 19 Messages

METCALF ROMA In memory of our beautiful Mum and Nanny. Loving wife of John, devoted Mother to Tim, Tony, Chris, Gabrielle and Danny and special Nanny to Jai, Sam, Tom, Jack, Sylvia, Nina, Tess, Nicholas, Layla, Bianca, Julian and Ella. Mother-in-law to Kathryn, Chantelle, Janet, Elsie, Frank and Teny. Loved sister of Neville (dec), Graham (dec), Sally and Susan. Passed away gently, surrounded by her family.

Goodbye my loving wife of 65 years.

Rest in peace my darling, I will treasure our life memories forever. John

METCALF (Roma):

So many beautiful loving and fun moments over so many years. You will live on forever in our hearts and the stories that we share. Thank-you for the support you always gave.

We love you so much Mum-Nanny.

Tim, Jai, Layla and Ella.

METCALF (Roma):

Thank you so much for your unconditional love, unfailing good humour and warmth. We are forever grateful for your love of family and family occasions; your ability to see the funny side in whatever life presented and your verve for living life to the full. You were a wonderful Mum and repeated it all again for your grandchildren, spending countless hours playing cards, Lego, reading books and planning adventures and outings. We feel so lucky that you were our Mum and our Nanny.

Love Tony, Janet, Sam and Tom.

METCALF (Roma):

One of a kind, my Mum our Roma and Nanny. The funniest, kindest, most devoted and clever gal you would ever meet. Broken hearted, we carry the memories of Mum's "full to the brim" life in our hearts and souls. Love Chris, Elsie, Tess and Jack.

METCALF (Roma):

Our special Mum and Nanny, you were always there for us. You sung to us and made us laugh, you played cards and games with us, you read us stories and watched every concert and school assembly we were in. You loved your ‘favourite' son-in-law and always made him feel special.

We love you and will cherish our wonderful memories of you.

Gabrielle, Frank, Sylvia, Nina and Nicholas.

Mum, you are my best friend who loved me unconditionally and I can't imagine life without you. Gabrielle.

METCALF (Roma):

Finally freed from a battle with dementia. Mum left us peacefully, never having lost her humour, her dignity and the capacity to know and love us. We were with her to the end.

Always loved and never forgotten. Adored Nanny to Bianca and Julian and another loving Mother to Teny.

Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Osboine, Bayswater who cared for Mum so well.

RIP darling Mum and Nanny. Thank you for everything.

Dan, Teny, Bianca and Julian.

In memory of my darling sister Roma. I could not have wished for a more precious sister and mentor. Our thoughts are now filled with happy memories and the laughter we shared all our lives. The Metcalf and Boylen families shared so much together and Roma made our togetherness very special. Love always Sally and George.
