MCSHERA ALICE Alice was my close and dear friend. She was precious to me: a kind, loyal and supportive friend and companion, and a highly intelligent, extremely competent and consistently well prepared advocate. She was born to be a barrister. I enjoyed every minute of her company, and would give anything to join her again for another meal, or just a coffee or glass of Ruinart - to listen to her war stories, to smile at her soft Hackney accent and to comfort and reassure her if she had doubts.
My warmest thoughts are with Tracey, Dave and Jenny. I grieve with you and all your family.
Alice, my dearest friend, lover of pelicans, I miss you. May the Almighty bless you and keep you safe under His wings, and may His angels forever guard your gentle soul. Rest now.

Hi Sweet
I know you are in heaven and have the wings of an Angel as you did on Earth. God has you above looking down and guiding those you left behind.
I thank you for the time we shared. You weren't just my colleague, we became friends and I miss our calls at the end of the day and our potty-mouth conversations when either of us was upset.
Whilst you are not with me anymore you left me a legacy and I hear your voice "Hey Judes, ....Thanks Babe"
Time will pass but my love for you won't, you will always be in my heart and thoughts.
