(Ian William Payne) AO:
Our dear father passed away peacefully on 1st Nov 2020. Cherished husband of Yvonne, loving father of Catherine, Christine and Louisa and father-in-law of David.
Beloved grandfather of Thomas, Kimberley, Lachlan and Ella.
We are all very sad on the loss of a wonderful, intelligent and humorous man. Dedicated father who always supported his daughters and treasured his grandchildren.
He touched many people's lives and will be remembered for his integrity, generosity, dedication to the law and clever wit.
Thank you to the staff at Wearne and Fiona Stanley Hospital for the attention and care Dad received.

Brian is down at the bridges in East Freo waiting for you to help lower the mast of the Arabella to putter through the harbour and to set sail for the open sea and into the sunset. Thank you from Von for the trips to Rottnest and around the river Yacht Clubs and for our three lovely intelligent daughters and their very bright children in whom we take such pride and pleasure and who made us both very proud. Von

MCCALL IAN Fond memories of a gently spoken and unfailingly calm and polite Law School Professor, Judge and Chief Judge. His legal knowledge was as broad as it was deep. It was always a pleasure to appear before him, and to watch his eyes light up if the case involved complex legal issues. A true judge's judge. Deepest sympathy to his family. May they be spared further sorrows.
Deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Ian McCall. Ian was an active member of the Christ Church Grammar School community and Life Member of the Old Boys' Association (Class of 1944).

An excellent Chief Judge. He will be sadly missed. Nicholas Tolcon.
