  • MASLEN (Kevin Francis):

Beloved big brother to my late father Gerard Michael Maslen. I will never forget Uncle Kevin's great kindness to me, particularly since the death's of my beloved father and sister, Cathleen Therese Maslen. Since finding out that he was seriously ill himself, Uncle Kevin continued to be a wonderful source of help, offering me advice when I needed it. I am in awe of the fact that he never even mentioned his own ill health if he could help it - but nor did he avoid the subject when asked about it. He remained pragmatic and humorous to the end. Deepest sympathy to Aunty Sue, Michelle, Sonya, Greg, Kate and Scott.

Love and empathy, John Gerard Maslen.

Kevin, thank you and Phil for your volunteer work at the Emmanuel Centre when I was coordinator. The dignity you and Phil showed was demonstrated by the popularity of the skills people learned in that red shed. Now united with your Creator Rest in Peace Barbara Harris
