  • LYNCH EILEEN PATRICIA To our dear Mum, you were an inspiration on how to live a good life, always kind and caring, a beautiful lady to the very end.

With many thanks to the wonderful team at Mercy Care Wembley, Mum's home for the past two years. Mum, Alan and I will always fondly remember your regular question whenever we came to visit "so what's going on in the outside world?"

Forever in our hearts Trish and Alan
