Died peacefully at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital 09.11.2020. Sr Margaret, a loved member of the Sisters of Mercy W.A. will always be remembered for her feisty personality, strong beliefs, keen intellect and beautiful singing voice. A dedicated teacher in W.A. Catholic Schools, a Chaplain at Curtin University and a Pastoral Worker at Ursula Frayne and Santa Maria Colleges.

Our loving condolences to her sisters Dorothy and Ann and families.

May Margaret now rest peacefully embraced by the God she served so well. Rest now in peace, you strong and faithful woman of Mercy.

The Funeral Mass for Sister Margaret Lipsett of Sisters of Mercy W.A. will be celebrated in St Joseph's Catholic Church, 3 Salvado Road, Subiaco, commencing at 10:00AM on MONDAY (16.11.2020). The Mass will be livestreamed at

The cortege will leave the Church at the conclusion of Mass and arrive at the main entrance of KARRAKATTA Cemetery, Railway Road, Karrakatta at 11:30am for a Burial Service.

Due to C OVID-19 restrictions, the Vigil Service will be celebrated at Martin Kelly Centre, 18 Barrett Street, Wembley, commencing at 4:00pm on SUNDAY (15.11.2020).

    Our beloved Marg passed away peacefully 9.11.2020. A special sister and friend to Dorothy, loved sister-in- law to Arthur, dear aunt to Steven, Sonia, Ann and Janine, and partners Vicky, Rolf and Matt. Cherished by 7 great nieces and nephews and 4 great great nieces and nephews.

    Our hearts are broken at her passing, leaving such a hole in our lives.

    Marg passed away peacefully, 9th November at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Third child of Lewis Melbourne and Kathleen Mary Lipsett (both dec). Loved sister to Michael (dec) and Heather Lipsett (of Canberra), Ann and Ted Lhuede (of Melbourne) and Dorothy and Arthur Jones (of Calingiri). Much loved Aunt to many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and 4 great-great nieces and nephews. RIP
