LENEGAN RONA FRANCES
(NEE MOSES)
30.12.1928 - 10.8.2023
Our adored teller of stories and singer of songs: Mum, Gran, Great-Gran and Friend to many, Rona Frances Lenegan, passed away peacefully to the early morning birdsong in her home on Thursday 10th August, aged 94. Now at Home with her Lord, and together again with her beloved Peter and the many loved ones gone before.
Special thanks to Mum's care-givers, including: Bethanie Care, JHC, Silver Chain, Veteran Affairs, Legacy, Quinns Pharmacy, Dr Lyn Wren, Nursing, Allied and Specialist health teams.
Devoted Mother and Mother-in-law to Karen and Russell, Debra and Glen, Dalene and Nick, Kylie and Mark.
Grandmother of 10: Rebekah, Joel, Jeremy, Joseph, Nathaniel, Hope, Taree, Zachary, Jessamy, Cassidy, and Spouses. Great-Grandmother of 20: Ezra, Zeke, Chad, Jack, Bodie, Luke, Nate, Ella, Caleb, Casey, Declan (RIP), Neve, Evelyn, Madeline, Zoe, Yarran, Darcy, Elida, Raphael and Samuel (RIP). Life won't be the same without you but we know that someday we will all be together again. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all." (Proverbs 31)

You embraced life and all it brought along the way. So thankful for the strong foundation you built with Dad for us. Forever loved and cherished in our hearts. Devoted and ever-loving Mum to Kylie and Mark; Gran to Jessamy and Mako, Cassidy and Beth; Granny to Evelyn, Yarran and Raphael. Mum, thank you for a lifetime full of love, laughter, security, pets and holidays, stories and songs, learning and friendship. Your home has been a sanctuary to many and your life a testament to your faith in God and to the things you valued most, your Family and your Country.
