Passed away peacefully on Friday 12th June, in her 95th year. Loving and devoted wife of Mick (dec). Much loved Mum of Geoff, Chris and Jenny and Mum-in-Law of Helen, Tetiana and Brett. Treasured Grandma to 11 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.

Due to the current restrictions in Churches and social distancing, it is with deep regret that the Family of Ruth Gwendoline Laycock of Stirling, formerly of Quairading, have decided to have a Private Funeral (immediate Family only). This will be live streamed for those who wish to view at Thompson's Funeral Services Facebook page on THURSDAY (25.6.2020) commencing at 1.00pm.

    Ruth held a special place in our hearts, through her thoughtfulness and kindness when we attended the Rotary meetings in Quairading as guests of the club.

    She is with her darling Mick now.

The greatest of Great Grandmothers to Noah, Emelia, Hunter, Chloe, Myles, Cole, Matilda and Tiana. Your wish has been granted and you are now back with your beloved Husband and our beloved Dad.     With such sad hearts we say goodbye to you, our dearest Mum and Grandma. You have shaped our lives and left us with so many wonderful memories to cherish forever. Always there for us no matter what, you were the most loving, caring and generous Mum and Grandma anyone could wish for. You will always be our inspiration and we love you more than words can say. Now reunited with our dear Dad and Grandad. You can dance the hours away together again. Rest peacefully Mum, you'll live on in our hearts forever. With all our love and immense gratitude Jenny and Brett, Danni (dec), Kieg and Francesca, Chiara and Eliana, Brody and Cherie, Bobbie-Jo and Darren xxxxxxxxxxx Grandma, we will never forget sleep-overs with pudding for breakfast, picking roses from Grandad's garden, watching movies in the "good lounge" and date slice.
