KOPS DOREEN It is with deep sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of Doreen on Monday, 2nd May.
In the more than 40 years of illness you showed strength beyond what one should endure. One of your Doctors said, "you have been courageous, rarely complained and fought your illness with enormous grace, bravery and candour".
I, as your carer, agree. You are a special person and deeply loved.
If there is a Heaven, they will know that you have arrived.
You showed strength in your last moments and told those present, "I will see you on the other side".
You passed peacefully and only we, the ones left behind, are suffering and miss you.
You are loved by all of us, friends and many more.
