ITALIANO

DOMENICANTONIO Born in Delianuova, RC, Italy on 1.9.1940. Passed away peacefully in the presence of all his family at SJOG Subiaco on 8.6.21. Aged 80.

Dearly loved husband of Mary for 57 years, proud father and father-in-law of Paull and Pam, Mark and Susie and Melinda and Sergio. Adored Nonno to Tristan, Jayden, Olivia, Luke, Jazna, Lucas and Marcos. Loved son of Michelangelo and Giuseppina (dec) and brother to Maria, Giuseppe, Pasquale (all dec), Francesco and Fortunato (dec).

His pleasures were simple - family, good friends, fishing, good food and his homemade wine. Rest easy. You will be in our hearts forever.

Special thanks to all the staff at SJOG ICU who cared for him over the last three weeks.

ITALIANO (Domenicantonio):

My dearest Domenic. I can't believe that you are gone. My heart is broken. We prayed for you to get well again but it wasn't to be. You are now resting in peace. Together we raised our family that you were so proud of. I will miss your presence everywhere, especially in your back garage where you spent so much time fixing or inventing and sharing your wine with your friends and neighbours. I will always love you and keep you in my heart and mind forever. Until we meet again.

Love Mary

ITALIANO (Domenicantonio):

In loving memory of my dad, my hero, my best mate. You are the best dad a son could have ever asked for. A great friend, a loving father and adored Nonno to Tristan and Jayden who you loved to have around you. You taught me to put the love of your family above everything else and how to be a great Electrician. I love you dad and will be forever grateful for the life you gave us and everything you did for me and the boys. The wonderful times we all shared together and the love for your family were endless. We will miss you so much. Words cannot explain how we feel right now. You were taken away from us too soon. You will be forever in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. Until we meet again Dad. RIP. Salute. Love Paull, Tristan and Jayden, Pam, Jessica and Rachael.

ITALIANO (Domenicantonio):

Dad, your unexpected departure has left a void in my heart that will never be filled. My earliest and fondest memories of you were the family holidays we spent in Mandurah and then later at Madora Bay fishing and crabbing. It was there that you introduced me as a young boy to your love of the sea. It was a special bond that we shared right to the end and one that I will share with my kids forever. Olivia, Luke and Jazna were privileged to have you as their Nonno and the times they spent with you. You taught us many things in life and none more important than family and friends. Everyone was always welcomed into your house where you shared your food, wine and your love of a good story, laughed at and enjoyed by all. I will miss our constant banter, times spent fishing and keeping your Italian traditions alive. There will always be a seat and a beer waiting for you on the boat. RIP Dad.

Love Mark, Susie, Olivia, Luke and Jazna.

ITALIANO (Domenicantonio):

Our hearts will be forever broken without you. Our wonderful dad and Nonno. You gave us everything and more. You taught us to enjoy life's simple pleasures - family, friends, simple food and wine. You didn't need much. Your family was your greatest love and it's hard to believe that you will never again be a phone call away when we need you to be our Mr Fix-it. We will never see those hands work again or hear your words of wisdom. We will never get to laugh at your latest invention or drink wine with you in the back garage. We will never again get to witness the twins' excitement screaming ‘Nonno's home' when your whistle announced your arrival. They knew that seeing you meant that an adventure was about to be had. You were their world and their best mate. From you, they learned everything. While you are gone, your voice and love will never be forgotten. RIP Dad.

Love Melinda, Sergio, Lucas and Marcos.
