HUNTER

ASHLEIGH REBECCA 18.10.93 - 27.12.19

Our much loved and cherished daughter was tragically lost to us at 3:08pm on Friday 27 December 2019 after she was struck down with Meningococcal disease. Our beautiful girl, who was just 26, had already achieved so much in her short life and we are completely devastated that she will never get to fulfil the bright future we know she still had ahead.

Ashleigh was one of life's special treasures. She had an innate vibrancy, beaming smile, bubbly personality and generous nature; all of which left you in no doubt you were in the presence of someone special. She gave selflessly of her time to her family and her friends and she was a committed volunteer at the Midwest Cat Shelter. Ashleigh lived her life with zest, passion and vitality. She was in the driver's seat; she knew where she was going and how she was going to get there.

In her short career as an accountant, where she worked with her dad, she quickly became his ‘right hand man'. Ashleigh's passion and commitment to her work, allowed her to develop a strong rapport with clients and coworkers alike.

We cannot understand the randomness of the way this disease chooses to strike nor who it chooses to take. Our darling girl has been ripped from our lives far too soon and we will forever mourn her loss.

Ashleigh is survived by her father Kim, mother Kellie, brother Joel and sister-in-law Emily and her little furry family, Walter, Tubby and Talulah.

Rest peacefully Ashleigh Bear, we will never stop loving you.
