Passed away peacefully at Fremantle Hospital on the 16th of April 2021, aged 55. Dearly loved daughter of John and Nancy, step-daughter of Pam and Ian. Much loved sister of Mike and step-sister of Sheree and Tanya. Just as you were, you will always be, a beautiful part of our memory.
