HOWELL RAYMOND Ray Howell, much loved husband of the late Biruta (Ruth) Howell, step-father to Leah, Danny and Ricky, grandfather to Daniel, Eden, Claire, Ethan, Mickayla and Natasha passed peacefully at Northam Hospital on 31.1.2021 aged 92.
