It is with profound sorrow we announce that our beloved matriarch Charmion Hooper, mother of 6, grandmother of 22 and great grandmother of 13 has left us. Mum passed away peacefully on 8th June at St Vincent's in Guildford after a dogged battle with dementia.
Our thanks to the staff there for their care.
No more weeds to pull or mattocks to wield. You can rest now and do the crossword with Dad.

Dearest Dianne and all of your beautiful family,
Heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beloved Charmion. She was indeed made of hardy substance which shines through her family in many different forms. Thinking of you all as you navigate this time of sadness.
