The Judges, Magistrates, Registrars, Family Consultants and staff of the Family Court of Western Australia were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of retired former Chief Judge Michael Holden AM. His Honour served the court as a Judge and Chief Judge with distinction for over 16 years. He also served as a Judge of the Appeals Division of the Family Court of Australia and was recognised for his commitment, compassion and excellent administrative skills.
