  • HOBLEY (Richard):

Dick, once a brother always a brother, it’s a bit of childhood that can never be lost. The bond that links our family is not blood, it's respect and joy in each other’s life.

Life, if well lived, is long enough. Time for a "gut-up".

    Keith, Shirley and family.

  • HOBLEY Richard DICK Passed away 6.6.2020 in his 99th year. Dad, you went to war for your country, to work for your family and through life with humility, good humour and strength of character. Even in the most trying of times you rarely complained, simply got on with the job. Sadly, the final hurdle was too great, even for you. I hope you know how much you were loved and how proud I am to be your daughter. Rest easy now Dad. Steph and Dom xx

The greatest Pop. Our memories of Glen-Idle will always hold a special place in our hearts. You will be so deeply missed. Now at peace with the greatest Nanna. Love always, Cassidy, Regan and Jacinda xo

Dick was our neighbour at Quaalup and he could do anything. He could fix tractors, grow pumpkins, melons and fruit trees. He seemed indestructible. Dick and Sheila were both very knowledgeable of the wildlife and vegetation. We enjoyed many happy times with them both over the years. Our sympathy to all the Hobley families on the loss of a kind and generous man.
