Always loved, and never forgotten. Ken
I am without words. Jeanie stood by me both at Pearce and Richmond. Harrison family made me welcome without reservation, I have never forgotten Stations of the Cross and your ready welcome (at your home). My crayon of Mangowine has always hung in my kitchen. Sadly, l planned to travel to WA (Indian Pacific) this year and expected that I would find Jeanie then. When borders closed I thought next year. My fault for not staying in touch.
I know so many RAAFies who all thought Jeanie was Tops, know that she was respected, loved and highly regarded both as a nurse, RAAF Officer, Boss and friend. I will always be grateful for having shared time with Jeanie. She was a brilliant Nurse, caring friend and wise Counsellor.
My condolences to all her family.

Jeanie passed away on 30 September after a short illness. Much loved daughter of Jean (dec) and Perce (dec); sister of Trish, Irene and Anne; aunt to Erin, Lexy, Ann-Louise, Michael and Jane; great aunt to 8 great nieces and nephews. Respected and loved by her many friends and ex RAAF colleagues. She will leave an indelible hole in our lives. No words can describe the loss of losing a close friend and relative such as Jeanie. Our lives will never be the same. We will miss her generosity, her intellect, wit and good humour. Jeanie RIP
